Refund policy

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

  • Once your return is approved, we will share the return shipping instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

 

  • Damaged or Wrong Item:
    Do record a video of unboxing it If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
  • Refunds::
    After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
